Velara Video Player – Terms of Use

Welcome to Velara Video Player (the “App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and all related features, services, and content provided by us (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use Velara Video Player for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
Use the App to download or share copyrighted or illegal content.
Circumvent any restrictions or security features built into the App.
Engage in activities that could harm, disable, or disrupt our services.
2. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing
Some features of the App require a premium, auto-renewable subscription or temporary premium access. All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple’s standard terms and conditions.
a. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period you selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
b. Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
c. Manage or Cancel: You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device settings: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
d. Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
e. Refunds: We do not issue refunds for partial periods of use. All refund requests must be handled directly by Apple Support.
3. Rewarded Ads and Temporary Premium
The App may allow you to unlock temporary premium features by watching a rewarded ad. This is an optional feature. We do not guarantee continuous ad availability or uninterrupted premium access via this method.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
5. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements through trusted third-party partners (such as Google AdMob). We have configured these advertisements to be Non-Personalized to respect your privacy. These ads may use limited data (such as Device ID) for frequency capping and fraud prevention, but are not used for behavioral tracking.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, trademarks, and assets in Velara Video Player are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the App without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including about performance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the App will work on all devices or operating system versions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
